A note from the team
A family-run pool builder, based in Tomago
We'd love to help you with your new pool project. Take a look at some of the pools we've been working on, read through the questions we get asked most often in our Ask the Experts section, and if anything sparks a question, get in touch.
There's no obligation and no hard sell — just a friendly local team who genuinely enjoy talking pools. We supply and install swimming pools throughout Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Cessnock, Muswellbrook, Singleton, Maitland, Port Stephens, Nelson Bay, Tea Gardens and the wider Hunter Valley.
What makes us different
Why choose Compass Pool Centre Newcastle for your pool
Every pool we build is a promise. Here's what you can expect from working with us.
Right next to the factory
We're conveniently located next door to Compass Pools Australia's NSW manufacturing facility. That means shorter delivery times, direct manufacturer support, and complete confidence in the product we install.
Specialists in difficult sites
Sloping blocks. Tight access. Tricky Hunter clay soils. Rock. We've seen it, engineered around it, and installed beautiful pools on all of it. Out-of-the-box thinking is what we're known for.
Hundreds of local pools
Hundreds of Newcastle and Hunter families are swimming in a Compass pool we installed. That's hundreds of backyards we've worked in, hundreds of Council submissions we've navigated, and hundreds of happy customers to talk to.
No-obligation site quotes
Our consultants come to your property, walk your yard with you, and give you a real, itemised quote. You get a plan tailored to your block, your family and your budget — with no pressure to sign.
A team that believes in the product
When you walk into our showroom you'll meet an enthusiastic team who genuinely believe in the Compass Pools product. We work in this pool every day. We'd install one in our own backyard tomorrow.
The best part of our business
"We all work as a team, and we're very passionate about what we do. Our customers, by the time their pool is complete, feel like friends to us — 90% of our business comes from referral. That doesn't surprise us, because Compass Pools is the only pool with the Vantage self-cleaning system. Once you've owned one, you'd never want to own a pool any other way. That's why our customers really do love their pool."
