The lifetime structural pool warranty (on Bi-Luminite pools) covers the pool shell against structural defects, delamination and structural failure — for the life of the pool at its original installation address. How is the Compass cosmetic warranty better than others?
Most fibreglass pool manufacturers offer a 3–5 year cosmetic warranty. Compass offers 10 years on Bi-Luminite colours — more than double the industry standard. This is possible because of the two-layer ArmourShield resin system, which is significantly more resistant to UV and water degradation than standard gelcoat.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell the property?
Yes — the Compass warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property for up to 25 years from the original installation date. This is a genuine selling point for your property — the new owners inherit remaining warranty coverage on the pool structure, colour and hydrostatic protection.
