These jets create a programmed circulation pattern that sweeps debris to the main drain, circulates water evenly through the filtration system, and distributes chemicals throughout the pool — all automatically, on a timer. Does the pool really clean itself — completely?
The Vantage system handles the heavy lifting — circulating water, removing debris from the floor, and distributing chemicals. For most owners, there is no manual vacuuming or brushing required. Occasional water chemistry checks are still recommended, but the pool maintains itself day to day.
Is Vantage an optional upgrade or standard?
Vantage is available on every Compass pool shape and size. While it is technically an option in the Compass range, at Compass Pools Newcastle we strongly recommend it to every customer — and the majority of our Newcastle builds include it. We're happy to discuss the difference in cost vs ongoing savings at your site inspection.
How does Vantage compare to a robotic pool cleaner?
Robotic cleaners vacuum the floor but cannot circulate water, distribute chemicals, or clean walls and the waterline effectively. They also need charging, maintenance and eventual replacement. The Vantage system is a permanent, integral part of the pool that does all of this automatically — with no ongoing equipment costs.
Does Vantage work with a spa or beach zone?
Yes — the Vantage system is compatible with pool and spa combinations, waders and beach zones. The entire pool area is covered by the cleaning and circulation system, not just the main pool shell.
