I began researching pool companies around 2013 and soon discovered Compass to be a no brainer. From the onset Kelli and her team were polite, respectful, and honest with opinions and thoughts on design. My children were made very welcome and we were all encouraged to sample the several display pools at the Tomago site.

I am on 2 acres and had no idea where to put the pool but with onsite visits from staff it was quickly decided that immediately off the veranda was the only place. Next decision was the shape, colour and size of the pool. Having a budget made this a little easier however Compass do offer a large range of pool colours and shapes. I totally love our contemporary pool. Being shallow on both ends, deep in the middle, with four entry points not only allows my imagination to go to the Roman bath eras (where I am the Empress, wading in one end and out the other), but also provides a fair playing field for ball games and the like.

Colour of the pool and surrounding tiles were narrowed with photos of the same pool and colour schemes. I live in a rural area so did not want a beach themed pool. Again, Compass were understanding and supportive of my wants and were able to assist me to visualise the final product.

From the application to installation day, I was kept informed with all processes. I never once had cause for concern along the way. Compass were always on hand to assist with any additional queries.

The install team were again, polite, respectful, and punctual. It was messy; however, I was in awe of the intricacy and attention to detail particularly with digging the pool shape and then, the crane and lowering of the pool into the ground. From then it was the filtration and pumps. WOW! Boy was out of my league. I grew up at the beach, never had a pool. The handover was thorough, comprehensive, and detailed. I was overwhelmed. Again, Compass stepped up. Bryce is meticulous and extremely passionate about the handover and follow up services. The after-install service I have received from Compass (and believe me there have been a few) are second to none. Bryce is exceptionally patient and never has baulked at my (silly) questions. What Bryce does not know about pools is simply not worth knowing!

My involvement with Compass from beginning to end was effortless making for a pleasant transaction. We love our Compass pool and every year I am commended on the style, colour and finish of the area. I have heard of disaster installs and functionality of other pool companies and am grateful for such an efficient experience.

Everyone has their own preference when it comes to colour tones, but people always remark on how clean, sparkling, and smooth the interior looks.

We bought our Compass pool back in 2011 from the Tomago team All I can say is professionalism at its best from ordering to install and commissioning They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect The after service is unbelievable they are helpful and make they make sure that your pool is at its best Belinda has been there for us every time from queries to replacement parts ( mind you after 13 years and only a chlorinator cell that’s bloody amazing ) I wake up every morning and my pool is spotless the in floor system is a must We are surrounded by by trees Please do yourself a favour only buy a Compass pool

He took the time to not only make sure our pool was going to be fixed within his scope but also with chemicals, and also providing us with education on how to look after our pool better. Our Pool is approx 15 years old now and its been a wonderful addition to our property. It was seamless from the start to the finish of the install all those years ago. It was quick and efficient and it was a pleasure to work with your install team .

Had our Compass pool with in-floor cleaning installed 3 years ago. Could not fault the installation, after sales care and service. The Paramount in-floor cleaning system is amazing and handles leaf litter like magic. Recently had an issue with the module and the local office were so awesome to deal with. Very happy customer!
