Scott Mewett is a product developer, composite pool specialist and technical consultant with more than 30 years of hands-on experience at Compass Pools Australia. Starting on the factory floor in 1993, Scott worked his way through virtually every aspect of the business — from pool repairs, laminating and gelcoating to factory management, research and development, technical services and engineering support.
Having been part of Compass from the earliest development of its ceramic composite technology, Scott has played a significant role in many of the company's major innovations, including the Vantage™ in-floor cleaning and circulation system and as a co-inventor of the HydroPro™ lifetime hydrostatic protection system.
Today, Scott combines decades of practical manufacturing, field and product development experience to provide technical leadership, support ongoing innovation and translate complex engineering into practical knowledge for the Compass dealer network and pool owners.
