Questions before the installation commences
So, what typically happens on a site visit? Once we’ve made an appointment with you, we’re going to come out and we’re going to ask you a whole bunch of questions. All that in relation to what you think is really important to your life in owning a pool. This might be your first time, it might be your fourth pool. But what we want to do? We want to get a good understanding of what’s important to you. So we can make the necessary recommendations in terms of what Compass provides and how we might be able to be of best service and assistance to you.
Measurements and pool position
We’re going to mark the pool out. Then we’re going to look at the finish levels and so forth, we’ll assess the access to the site, and take all of this information into account. Then we look at any particular constraints that there might be in relation to putting the pool in the position that you want the pool to be in.
