The Covid-19 pandemic has seen our business adapt to an unexpected growth period that has resulted in a back log in our enquiry system and an estimated installation timeframe for new all pools to now be approximately 10 -12 months. Our enquiry response time is sitting around 1-3 weeks (depending on volume) and we can book site visits within 2-3 weeks of this. Whilst we apologies for any inconvenience this may cause we need to be mindful of our existing customer base to ensure we maintain the high level of customer service we are known for.
What this means to you is that we won’t be able to follow up this enquiry you have just sent us immediately. Our estimated call back wait time is approximately 1-3 weeks– we will be in touch then to answer your questions, arrange a site visit and prepare a job estimate.
If in the meantime if you are after some face-to-face guidance or help you can always book an appointment in with one of the planners at our display centre (subject to Covid-19 restrictions below). During this appointment will walk you through the process, provide you with brochures, offer feedback specific to your site and give you plenty of inspiration regarding what’s possible for your future pool. We have a terrific array of resources in addition to our Award-Winning Display Centre which features 5 inground pools We also have special software that provides us with satellite up to date imagery of your home where we can take measurements etc, specialist software to scale a pool onto to your backyard in a matter of minutes and a photo library that will inspire and get you excited about planning your future pool.
