My wife Alison and I would like to let you know that we couldn’t be happier with the professional service we have experienced from Compass Pools. The experience we had with David during the planning stages was fantastic, he certainly knows his stuff and made us feel very confident with the direction we were heading. We started out with a few site issues to plan around but David’s recommendations and impeccable communication was great and certainly played a significant role in an amazing end result.
The pool equipment and the self-cleaning is fantastic! We are amazed by how it well works– the self-cleaning is a must and we are so glad we went with it. Our pool is located in an area where we knew a lot of leaves would fall, it was a big concern as we didn’t want the extra work of cleaning and looking after the pool. I can honestly say the whole set up is super low maintenance, energy efficient and very easy to own. I couldn’t imagine owning a pool any other way.
The building and construction phase of our project needed to be juggled with a few other trades as I was having other work done in the yard and Compass’s construction team were nothing but accommodating and showed such a high level of skill to ensure the install was perfect– I felt as though they built my pool as if it was their own. I only have great things to say about Andrew and Scott.
I have no hesitation at all recommending the team at Compass Pools, from start to end the team was fantastic. Our pool looks amazing, it’s easy to own and I know it is one of the best investments we have ever made for our family.
My advice to anyone thinking of getting a pool is to go and see Kelli and the guys at the display centre. They are extremely helpful, and take the time to really listen to you.
